Turning ambiguity into direction—and direction into working software.

I'm Amos Alexander, an independent product builder. I help founders clarify the problem, define the right product, design the experience and build the working system—often end to end, from the first conversation to a functional application.
My work sits where strategy, design and engineering meet. I care about making complex ideas understandable, turning uncertainty into a clear plan and building products people can actually use.
Three principles behind every build.
Start with the problem
Before any interface or feature, I work to understand the real problem—its context, its constraints and the people it affects.
Make complexity understandable
Good products translate dense, complicated systems into clear experiences that anyone can move through with confidence.
Build, test and refine
Ideas become real through building. I prototype quickly, test honestly and improve relentlessly until the product earns its place.
Disciplines I work across.
Product Strategy
Defining what to build and why—mapping ambitions to achievable scope, user journeys and MVPs that prove the direction.
UX/UI Design
Designing interfaces and interactions that make powerful products feel calm, legible and genuinely pleasant to use.
Systems Design
Structuring the data, logic, permissions and workflows that let a product scale without losing coherence.
Branding
Building names, visual languages and identities that give each product a distinct, confident presence.
AI-Assisted Development
Using modern AI tooling to prototype, build and iterate faster—turning weeks of work into focused, deliberate days.
Right now I'm building and refining seven independent products across fashion, product development, personal memory, music, community, social connection and dream journaling. Each one is a laboratory for ideas about how people express themselves, organize their lives, connect with others and turn complex needs into clear digital experiences.
